You're Not Meant to Prepare for Birth Alone
There is something extraordinary about preparing for birth in the company of other women who are approaching the same threshold.
Over six weeks, we'll gather in an intimate circle to explore the mysteries and mechanics of birth, practice techniques you can actually use in labor, ask the questions that matter, and bring what you're learning into your own life.
You'll have direct access to me for personal guidance, opportunities to involve your partner, and the wisdom and companionship of other expecting mothers. Between gatherings, our private WhatsApp group keeps the conversation going.
This isn't another course to watch and forget. It's a living, shared experience that helps you turn what you're learning into something you truly know.
Meet Kate.
I became a midwife at 23, and for more than two decades, I've devoted my life to women, birth, and the extraordinary wisdom of the female body.
My work spans midwifery, prenatal yoga, training birth professionals, specialized hands-on pelvic care, and ceremonial arts.
Through it all, one conviction has only grown stronger: how a woman prepares for birth matters.
Enlightened Birth™ has evolved alongside my work, bringing together the science of birth, practical preparation, and the sacred dimensions of becoming a mother. These teachings are also the foundation of my forthcoming book.
I'd love to share what I've learned with you—and help you discover just how extraordinary your own birth experience can be.
Hear from the Mamas
“I was able to trust my body, my baby and myself.”
“When labor started my mind snapped right to my yoga classes and workshops with Kate. I was able to keep my mind and body at ease and let my body do what it needed. I utilized positions and exercises taught by Kate and my daughter was born in 5 hours without any medication.”
Dianna D.
“The class brought my husband and me so much closer.”
“It gave my husband the confidence to know what I needed and the confidence to communicate that to the hospital staff. Although it was our third birth together, the class was still so valuable and we were able to truly own our birth space and let it unfold as it was meant to. It was magical and empowering.”
Kelsey I.
“Simple and easy to remember while also feeling like intimate and deep solutions.”
“Seth shared that he felt much more confident about being a part of the birth team and caring for me in labor. He noted that the tips and tricks Kate shared were simultaneously simple and easy to remember while also feeling like intimate and deep solutions.”
Tessa M., Certified Nurse Midwife
